# Disclaimers

## 1. Informational Purposes Only

All content made available through Looputo-related channels, including this website, documentation, dashboards, written materials, Discord, social media channels, and other communications, is provided solely for informational and technical purposes. Nothing herein constitutes financial, investment, legal, regulatory, or tax advice, and nothing constitutes an offer, solicitation, or sale of securities, derivatives, or any other regulated financial product. You should obtain independent professional advice before making any decision.

## 2. Assumption of Risk

Use of the Interface and the Protocol carries serious risk of total loss. By using the Interface you acknowledge and accept, at a minimum:

1. **Smart Contract Risk.** Smart contracts may contain vulnerabilities, bugs, design limitations, or be subject to exploits, upgrades, or governance actions affecting their operation. Audits reduce but do not eliminate this risk.
2. **Upgrade & Key Risk.** We hold technically unrestricted administrative permissions over the Protocol. We may rewrite it in any form, at any time, at our sole discretion, potentially without notice. Compromise or misuse of the keys controlling these permissions could produce the same outcome. Your deposits are protected by no technical constraint against these outcomes.
3. **Dependency Risk.** The Protocol relies on third-party infrastructure and systems (including blockchain networks, oracles, bridges, wrapped assets, and external protocols) that are not controlled by the Interface operator and may fail, be exploited, de-peg, or change their rules or behaviour.
4. **Market & Execution Risk.** Digital assets are volatile. Transactions are irreversible and may be subject to front-running, sandwiching, reordering, congestion, or unexpected execution outcomes.
5. **Regulatory Risk.** Legal or regulatory developments may restrict, impair, or prohibit access to or use of the Protocol or the Interface, or affect the treatment of your positions.

## 3. The Protocol Is Autonomous

The Protocol is a set of source-available smart contracts licensed under the MIT License and deployed on public blockchain networks. Any description of its mechanics is for informational purposes only and does not constitute an endorsement or instruction to use it. The Protocol operates independently of any interface. No representations are made regarding its security, correctness, or performance.

## 4. The Interface Is Non-Custodial

The Looputo Interface is a non-custodial web front-end. We do not:

1. Hold, control, manage, or access user assets, wallets, or private keys.
2. Initiate, cancel, or reverse transactions on your behalf.
3. Provide custody, brokerage, or any regulated financial service.
4. Assess suitability, appropriateness, or risk tolerance, or exercise discretion over any position.

## 5. No Entitlements

Your use of the Interface, and any past or present interaction with the Protocol — including during any testing, beta, pre-launch, incentive, points, or campaign period — creates no right to and no expectation of any token allocation, airdrop, points, rewards, yield, governance right, or preferential treatment of any kind.

## 6. Access Restrictions & Compliance

You are prohibited from accessing or using the Interface if you are located in, a resident of, or accessing from a restricted jurisdiction, including but not limited to: the United States, Cuba, Crimea, North Korea, Iran, Syria, Russia, Belarus, and any other jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions.
